Mosquito Proboscis
I put a mosquito under the microscope and noticed that the proboscis (what it sucks blood with) had a smaller diameter clear tube inside. The tip of the tube looks like a hypodermic needle opening. Notice that it's half filled with blood (mine). I used a needle and pulled the tube away from the proboscis.
