Mr. P. captures lightning on the lake...
On 19 May 2001 at about 9PM, I captured this lightning stroke on Lake Norman, about 30 miles N. of Charlotte, NC. I used an 8-second exposure with a digital camera in total darkness through a window. By the way, this is the first time I had ever tried this. Interesting, I must say.
